Business Formation and Representation Start to Finish

We guide our clients through the process of constructing the necessary management documents, including articles of incorporation, shareholders' agreements, operating agreements, employment agreements, and many other corporate documents. We further assist such clients with due diligence and fund-raising efforts.

We further assist our clients on matters involving general business law, including contracting, commercial leasing, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage disputes.
